Newcross Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This Children's Residential Support Worker position pays up to £15.72 per hour.


For this position, applicants will be providing high quality support and care to children and young people across various settings and maintain a comfortable and safe environment where they can thrive.

What do I need to join?

  • At least 6 months full time experience in the last 3 years working alongside children and young people
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Highly desirable that you hold a Level 3 qualification in children's services
  • Availability to work fulltime hours, although parttime hours are available in some areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to providing highquality care and support
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
