A well-established firm with offices throughout the Midlands is looking for a skilled Private Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their team. This opportunity arises due to increased workload and the firm's ongoing expansion.
Known for its vibrant culture and innovative approach, this firm is dedicated to delivering excellent outcomes for its clients.
The successful candidate will handle a wide range of privately funded Family law matters, including divorce and financial disputes, child-related issues, injunctions, cohabitation conflicts, and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
Key responsibilities include immediate contribution to the team and mentoring junior members when necessary.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a solid background in family law, be a confident advocate with strong interpersonal skills, and adept at fostering relationships with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude are essential.
