We currently have a vacancy for a full time accounts assistant to join our admin/accounts team in a busy office environment.


There are several different aspects to the job and as such the person who we employ must be good at multitasking and keen to learn.


We are looking for someone to:

  • Answer calls to our main switch board in a professional and courteous manner and field to the relevant person.
  • Daily bank allocations & reconciliations between company bank account & SAGE 50cloud
  • To take payments via Credit Cards for the sales orders/sales staff
  • Post AP invoices in Factory Master & SAGE 50cloud, import AP invoices from Factory Master to SAGE (average 25 per day)
  • Resolve any invoice queries.
  • Ordering of approved consumables
  • Raise AR invoices & credit notes in both Factory Master & SAGE 50cloud (average 20 per day)
  • Issue Monthly Customer AR statements, resolve AR queries, & assist with Credit Control
  • Door answering, greeting and directing visitors.
  • Liaise and assist the factory floor, sales and accounts department on a daily basis.
  • Assist with Weekly Sales Reporting
  • Assist with Monthly Management Accounts
  • Process weekly payroll
The working hours will be Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4:30pm
