- As a valued member of our Sydenham House team, Night Care Assistants are key to helping us provide the support and care our residents deserve.

- You'll be working from care plans, supporting residents through mealtimes, engaging in activities and providing companionship.

- Our Night Care Assistant pay rate of £11.70 per hour (£12.70 on weekends) recognises the value of our team members.
