Core Responsibility:


Reporting directly to the Site Manager / Supervisor you will have core responsibility to ensure the delivery of a high level of service as agreed and outlined in the specification and contract agreement between G.S.

Associates and the client.

Role Specifications:

  • To demonstrate the values of GS Associates and lead by example at all times
  • Establish a thorough understanding of the site specification for your site and support the delivery of the cleaning schedule.
  • Ensure that the cleaning specification is being met.
- _General cleaning duties will include the use of machinery._

  • To use the specified cleaning chemicals for all tasks as appropriate.
  • Adhere to the colour coding applicable to the site.
  • Support the internal cleaning audit where necessary and ensure that next steps are being actioned within the specified timescales.
  • To ensure that all machinery is maintained and kept in good working order, by keeping it clean and by using it in the correct manner.
  • Report any defects / repairs of machinery required.
  • To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure that their expectations are met whilst working to the defined specifications.
  • To complete and process all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing sign off for completed tasks where required
  • To ensure that all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and timescale and signed off by the client.
  • To attend meetings with the client and team as and when required.
  • To adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures.
  • To adhere to all Company processes, policies and procedures.
  • Respond to any client feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Respect the confidentiality of GS Associates and the client.

Working Hours for a Cleaner:

Shift times:
Thursday to Saturday pm pm, Sunday 07.00am pm
