Patient and Donor Coordinator, an excellent and rewarding opportunity to join a growing Medical/Health Charity, based in West London. Offering Hybrid working; 3 days per week in the West London Office, 2 days a week working from home.

  • Are you passionate about the medical charity sector and are looking for a rewarding role, where the aims and missions of the charity are to save lives?
  • Opne to transferable skills and training will be provided on the specfic processes that you provide to patients/donors.


As the Patient and Donor Coordinator, you will join a dedicated Donor/Patient Management Team who provide support to individual Donor/Patients going through a donation procedure.

The team support and liaise with donors/patients from the initial registration process, donor matching, and all appointments required throughout the process.


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the donor journey by guiding and advising donors through all stages of the donation process.
  • Evaluate donors for suitability and eligibility using guidelines and national regulations.
  • Work with third party organizations, such as GP's, Hospitals and Patients team, to organise appointments, assessments, and the donation, coordinating dates and times and bookings.
To be considered for this role we are looking for previous experience or transferable skills in areas such as;

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with ideally knowledge/ awareness of medical terminally/patient care.
  • Excellent coordination and organisational skills to be able to multitask within a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to record accurate and sensitive information within a CRM/database.
