If you think you are the person that can meet our high standards on this 320-unit scheme in Angmering, Sussex, we would love to hear from you, but please read carefully our job description first.


Our working foreman will be responsible for scheduling, co-ordinating and supervising the works of all site operatives & gangs, ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and ordering materials required.


This also involves ensuring all Company and legal regulations are implemented, that all required documentation is completed as necessary, and recording daily work on site.


You will need to operate and promote safe working on site Implement Lenmark safety requirements and legal regulations, paying specific attention to HSE legislation and Lenmark QA system.


Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements, conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings as needed.

Ensure all Lenmark site operatives have relevant training & meet all CSCS requirements.


Lead by example to others on site & ensure the completion of works on time and within budget Schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the daily activities of gangs/site operatives to meet the Lenmark programme, organise and monitor the work of subcontractors on site as required.

Order and manage hired/internal plant on a daily basis, Co-ordinate delivery of materials as required with Lenmark buyer.

Delivery of projects safely, on time, within budget and snag free.

Salary:
From £1,125.00 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • Sussex, BN16 4EN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Groundworks: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS card (preferred)
