Re Recruitment are looking for Night Shift Hygiene Operatives to work for our prestigious client based in Pershore.
Main Duties:
- Maintain hygiene of all the plant, equipment, and building fabric in manufacturing areas to the required Quality, Food Safety, Health and Safety and Environmental standards, according to instructions in relevant controlled documented instructions.
- To be an effect member of the operational team. Supporting all processes whilst constantly reviewing department processes. To seek out and recommend improvement methods to enhance the service provided.
- Responsible for ensuring that product and material traceability is maintained at all times.
- Safely mixing chemical concentrations to agreed specifications and ensure availability in containers ready for daily startup.
- Ensure material and process traceability is maintained and adhered to at all times and accurate documentation is completed and delivered to the relevant personnel in a timely manner.
- To ensure all cleaning reports are completed accurately and filed correctly and communicated to the relevant Production team and / or Technical team in a timely manner.
- Prompt reporting of equipment breakdowns and any corrective actions that may be required
- To be responsible for ensuring you work safely, giving due regard to yourself, work colleagues and visitors safety: in compliance with the company Health and Safety Policy. Also to ensure all Health and Safety equipment is used where required and instructions are followed.
- To assist with process and production to continuously improve operations, safety and to minimise waste of water, materials and energy
- To be fully aware of the company's Food Safety and Quality Policy ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with legislation, specified procedures and working practices, and to report any issues identified to a member of the Food Safety management team.
