We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join an independent family run Gastro pub, Serving a classic British menu using home grown ingredients from the Community Gardens or locally sourced.

Elegant yet warm and inviting, Food is key here with bi monthly menu changes of seasonal produce.

£28,500 plus Trunk

Working with local ingredients of the highest quality

Responsibilities
Team player, working closely with the rest of the kitchen team.
Cooking and working across all sections,
Assist the Head Chef create the daily changing, seasonal fresh food menu.
Improving your skills whilst cooking everything from scratch
Passionate about food and fresh ingredients
Previous experience as a Commis, ideally in a premium pub.
High standards of food hygiene and H&S
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position, sponsorship is not available.
