Job Specification:

  • Carrying out the complete refurbishments of compressor parts that have been previously used.
  • Completing job related paperwork and use of ERP
  • Carrying out the assembly of products
  • Comply to all health and safety procedures and report any risks.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in engineer fitting role and an understanding of the process'
  • Ability to work to fine tolerances.
  • Ability to follow procedures regarding machining of high precision components.
  • A good understanding of engineering drawings
  • Use of micrometres/ precision measurement
  • Ability to work with a range of hand tools.

Mechanical fitter

Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Using both manual machinery and CNC machines
  • Using die pen to do quality checks on products.
  • Forklift licence
  • Apprentice trained.
