In the role you will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive and customer focused service, answering a wide range of enquiries and co-ordinating responses, signposting to and working with other areas of the business to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

Our customers contact us in a variety of ways - by phone, online or face-to-face at our Hubs.

You may be required to work at any of our offices; you will receive comprehensive training and take part in other development activities.


A variety of working patterns can be considered, in line with our Work Smart policy, usually based in our Contact Centre or Hubs in Wakefield and Pontefract town centres with some home working after initial training by negotiation.
