Grounds Maintenance Operative

Colne View Contracts is an established dynamic estates maintenance company based in Colchester Essex that provides honest customer care and high level service delivery to our clients throughout north Essex and South Suffolk.

The Role


Services undertaken by the estate maintenance operatiare as follows, and works on site can be any combination of these services at any given time.


  • Communal block cleaning
  • Pole system window cleaning
  • Gardening & lawn cutting
  • Hedge cutting


The estates maintenance operative needs to have excellent time management skills, an attention to detail and work to the highest standards whether on site alone or as part of a team.

Familiarity/experience with petrol operated machinery such as hedge trimmers and mowers.

Working an 8 hour day with 28 days holiday (inclusive of UK holiday days)

Qualifications and Requirements

From £12.50 per hour
