The Specialist Pharmacy does important and vital work in the area of hormonal health.

You join a team of professionals who work closely to provide first class services to clients using bio-identical hormones.

You will be responsible for accuracy checking all prescriptions daily to ensure a safe and effective Pharmaceutical Compounding Service. We work in accordance with the General Pharmaceutical Council Regulations and Guidance for Registered Pharmacies preparing Unlicensed Medicines.

All activities are undertaken under Section 10 of the Medicines Act 1968.


This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who has the ability to build strong relationships with various healthcare professionals.

You will develop an understanding of the evolving world of compounding pharmacy and have the opportunity to learn new skills along the way.


You will be responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of the service, working as a reliable member of the pharmacy team to provide an efficient, safe and accurate pharmacy service.


You must be able to work under pressure, undertaking a variety of activities including accuracy checking, labelling and dispensing medications, plus you will be involved in the procurement of medicines and stock management.

  • Accuracy Checking qualification (with Buttercups or the National Pharmaceutical Association)
  • GPhC Registration
