About the Creative Graphic Designer Role
As a Creative Graphic Designer at Skin Cupid, you will be a key player in our dynamic Marketing team. Drawing on your robust design background, you will take the lead in developing and implementing our visual identity across various marketing platforms and materials. Working closely with the entire marketing team on both campaign and brand levels, your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum of content creation.
As Skin Cupid's brand steward in all visual design aspects, you will ensure that our brand is consistently portrayed in the best possible light. You are poised to be a primary resource for design and creative matters, molding our visual identity and leaving your artistic imprint on our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital designs to create visual assets for Skin Cupid's diverse marketing channels, encompassing social media, website assets, email marketing, brand partner presentations, and internal communications.
- Create print designs for physical assets, including custom box designs, posters, cards, gift wrap, visual merchandising, event collateral, and signage.
- Design materials for press, media advertising, and collaborations across digital and print media.
- Support in photoshoots and post-production editing of photography/videography.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Skin Cupid's visual brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish clear graphic systems and design templates for all customer communications to streamline the design process.
- Propose and craft innovative and visually captivating design elements that resonate with Skin Cupid's brand identity utilizing e-commerce best practices.
- Manage the Content Management System by consistently designing new creatives and updating website content.
- Supervise design approvals for all marketing assets to ensure coherence and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conceive, develop, and oversee end-to-end design creation and asset preparation for brand concepts, campaigns, and wider team support, adhering to set deadlines.
- Maintain and organize all creative brand assets, ensuring files are well-structured and easily accessible.
We're Seeking Individuals With:
- 2-3+ years of design experience.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color systems, and design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Competence in web design tools like Canva.
- Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, video editing, or animation is advantageous.
- Illustration skills are a bonus.
- Experience in web design and development is a plus.
- Copywriting skills are appreciated.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly motivated with a dedication to excellence and a track record of surpassing objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in Graphic Design or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
- A fondness for Korean Skincare is a welcomed attribute but not obligatory.
