We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join Kinetic Recruitment as a Medical Packer for one of our clients based in Wythenshawe. Our client is a specialized provider of outsourced services within the medical field, enjoying a stellar reputation.
The ideal candidate will be expected to commence work promptly and maintain a Monday to Friday schedule. This role offers a temporary, ongoing arrangement with the potential for permanent employment.
As a Medical Packer, you will be assigned to work from 6 pm until 2 am, and your primary responsibilities will include:
- Packaging surgical instruments following rigorous cleaning procedures
- Verifying product completeness against a digital inventory of required items
- Operating within a sterile setting
- Adhering to established protocols
- Thoroughly sanitizing all equipment
- Ensuring precise adherence to packing specifications
- Accurate completion of all necessary documentation
Key qualifications for this specialized role entail:
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Capability to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Comfort working in a sterile medical environment
- Capacity to perform repetitive yet critical tasks (with training as needed)
- Previous exposure to sterile environments is beneficial but not mandatory
- Exceptional communication abilities
