In this role, you will be responsible for performing various laboring tasks on SNG's properties and external areas throughout our neighborhoods as a valued member of the Places Impact Team.

Duties include:

  • Executing quality repair and maintenance tasks
  • Handling internal and external cleaning, including gutter cleaning
  • Assisting with gardening work
  • Removing rubbish and litter from premises
  • Transporting and collecting various materials

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

We require candidates with proven experience in maintaining properties to a high standard and strong general laboring skills. A solid understanding of health and safety practices is essential, along with a cooperative team spirit.

This is a full-time position, involving 40 hours of work per week.

Due to the job requirements, applicants must possess a valid and full driver's license with a minimum of 1-year driving experience, as well as the ability to operate a company van.

Candidates will undergo a license verification, essential qualifications assessment, and a basic DBS disclosure as part of the employment process.
