Site Engineer

Site Engineer with highways experience required between June and September to join an organisation working on an M25 junction upgrade, which will reduce congestion and improve safety.

Role:

  • Provide site teams with permits to dig, including utility drawings
  • Setting out and site surveys (total stations, GPS etc)
  • Resolve any issues on site concerning setting out / levels
  • Make sure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with site team, Project Managers, QS and client and provide regular updates on progress
  • Make sure work is carried out in accordance with client specifications and company policies
  • Keep daily record of site activities and ensure all paperwork is completed and logged
  • Update as-built drawings
  • Produce RAMS

Previous experience as a Site Engineer in the highways sector, covering activities such as setting out and surveying, using standard industry software (Leica Total Stations) is essential.
