Medway Hub SEMH SEND Leader

The role will involve:

  • Creating a shared vision for the development of inclusive practices across our
SEMH Provisions.

  • Working closely with staff to develop our teaching and learning practices to
support children with additional needs.

  • Extensive experience of working closely with a range of professionals to ensure
children and families have access to the support they need.

  • Developed, and implemented, proven systems, procedures and policies that enable
early identification and secure the very best for provision for children.

  • A strong passion and sense of equity to achieve excellence for some of the most
vulnerable families and children.
