The Haweswater Hotel is a small but unique 1930's art deco Hotel in a stunning secluded part of the Lake District.

We are the only hotel by the Haweswater Reservoir, surrounded by nature and wildlife.

The hotel offers beautiful uninterrupted views of the Haweswater Valley, ideal for those who love the outdoors.


We are looking for a passionate, career driven professionals to support our team on two small restaurants within the hotel: Mark Greenaway at The Haweswater (fine dining) and Brasserie 37 (informal dining).


You will be working closely with our chef Patron Mark Greenaway, general manager and operations to deliver a memorable experience to our guests.

Wine knowledge or an interest in wine training would be ideal for us.


It is recommended that you have access to your own transport as our location is approximately 13 miles from the nearest town and 5 miles to the local shop, bus services are limited to once a week from the neighbouring village 2.5 miles away.
