We are seeking a Mobile Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team working on the Essex Schools contract. You will be responsible for maintaining 4 schools in Basildon, Chelmsford, and Canvey Island.
The role involves predominantly Fabric-related tasks, minor mechanical & electrical services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive works to meet strict KPIs.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works to set engineering standards.
- Perform general duties such as repairs to walls, doors, frames, carpentry work, painting & decorating, re-lamping luminaires, minor electrical and mechanical maintenance, and L8 testing.
- Check and inspect mechanical services, plant, and systems.
- Conduct fault finding and plant adjustments.
- Possess building maintenance experience.
- Demonstrate multi-skilled capabilities.
