Our client is an award-winning and leading national quality site inspection consultancy focused on enhancing construction quality in the UK.

With over three decades of experience, they have collaborated with a wide range of clients throughout the UK to ensure top-notch delivery of construction projects.

They are currently seeking a Clerk of Works to join their Newcastle team for an extension project.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspect ongoing works in line with project specifications.
  • Maintain a detailed progress diary on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare and submit Clerk of Works reports, manage task allocation, and utilize advanced tools for tracking.
  • Conduct design reviews to uphold quality standards and compliance.
  • Perform necessary inspections during different project phases.
  • Create and submit site visit reports.
  • Demonstrate commitment by offering comprehensive services at project sites.
  • Participate in and contribute to site meetings.

Required Skills

  • MICWCI/LICWCI/ICWCI/CIOB/RICS qualifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT.
  • Valid UK Driving License.
