Summary

Balshaw Lane Primary is a forward thinking, growing school. Our staff are welcoming and supportive.

We wish to appoint two full-time teaching assistants to support as one to ones for SEN pupils The TAs will work with individual, helping the teacher to monitor progress.

There will be focus on phonics, math, reading and writing development.
The role is full-time, working 8.55am-3.20pm Monday to Friday. The contract will be for 38 weeks, term time.
We are an Outstanding school, as judged by Ofsted, with an enthusiastic and committed staff team.
Our teaching assistants are friendly and positive with a range of experience.
We require our TAs to be hard-working, hands-on and able to use initiative independently.

You will be involved in the daily practicalities of the classroom, including relating to medical and hygiene needs or supporting children with SEN.

Training will be provided for first aid, any medical or SEN needs. A friendly, positive attitude will enable you to fit into our team.
The closing date is Noon on 27th November 2023 with interviews being held in school on 1st December 2023
