Position Summary

Uniguest, is a fast growing, international, dynamic company providing video-based software products to a range of enterprise customers in a number of verticals like Hospitality, Sport, Education, Banking and Corporate.

Uniguest group is headquartered in Nashville, TN, U.S. We are now looking to expand our team in the U.K.

and require a Head of Supply Chain to oversee all activities and personnel within Uniguest's International Supply Chain function providing leadership for the Supply Chain team, logistics, planning and procurement including the negotiation of maintenance supply agreements and new contracts.

This position reports directly to the EVP of Global Supply Chain.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage individual and overall supply chain team performance.
  • Collaborate with corporate and Supply Chain leadership on overall management of the fulfilment and distribution network.
  • Develop policies and procedures for Supply Chain responsibilities ensuring all operational and service level outcomes are met.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
  • Identify and implement process changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or another related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain management including manufacturing, warehouse, logistics and other relevant areas.
  • Prior supervisory experience in an operations / warehousing environment.
