We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join us in our Support Office in London and focus on the upcoming global projects for the group. The role will also involve international travel to different new projects/restaurants.
Through an excellent up to date understanding of the status of multiple projects, the Project Coordinator will be taking ownership of many different duties ranging from products resourcing/purchasing, budget preparation/management and organising/leading of in-house/client facing meetings.
Duties / Responsibilities
• Assisting and supporting the Project Manager coordinating project management activities, resourcing, equipment and information
• Assisting Project Manager to oversee the construction projects from start to finish
• Designing and controlling the project schedule
• Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project's progress and showcase the project's value
• Delegating tasks to team members
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities
• Looking for ways to value engineer whilst keeping the brand identities alive
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Organising and attending stakeholder meetings
• Providing administrative support to the Project Manager team
Experience
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Keen to travel and work in hospitality
