About the Role


WildBrain is looking for a
Digital Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across social media for some of the world's best-known and best-loved Kids and Family entertainment brands Reporting to the Digital Marketing Strategist and working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will help bring our digital strategies to life by creating and scheduling content for TikTok, Instagram, Giphy, and more, managing online communities and providing data and insights on the latest digital trends.

You'll collaborate with a world-class international team covering franchise marketing, consumer products, YouTube, and TV production, supporting marketing initiatives across the UK, US, Canada, and around the world.


  • Creating social content using programs such as Premiere Pro, Canva and Photoshop in keeping with the social strategy and brand guidelines. This includes creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms such as Giphy
  • Copywriting for social and websites following brand guidelines and using correct tone of voice.
  • Schedule and manage daytoday social media and website content.
  • Manage online communities and conversations in line with the agreed strategy.
  • Collaborate with brand, consumer product, content distribution, and TV production teams on the delivery and execution of campaigns.
  • Compiling data and insights across various platforms to support monthly, quarterly, and campaign reports.
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for digital content.
  • Works with the Digital Marketing Manager and Paid Media team to coordinate ad campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating videos and images for social media in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premier.
  • Excellent design sense.
  • Knowledge of the digital landscape and trends, managing social media platforms across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to write copy, and understand tone of voice.
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience writing for social, blogs or websites.
  • Understanding of marketing, media, and brand management.
  • Wix experience is an asset.
  • Comfortability with social media analytics and reports and keen to monitor social campaigns and initiatives always seeking to improve engagement.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work on strict deadlines
  • Embrace working in a highly collaborative, crossfunctional environment.
  • An excitement about working in the kids/family space and social media.
