We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Revenue & Reservations department as Rooms Reservations Supervisor.


RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • To ensure that all members of the department are clear on, and have a good understanding of all the necessary tasks and requirements that are necessary to their position
  • To assist members of your team in performing their duties, where necessary, to ensure consistency in delivering service to the clients/guests
  • To acknowledge staff needs for both internal and external training within the department
  • To assist the Reservations Manager with organizing and carrying out departmental meetings at least once monthly in order to keep staff members informed and up to date with any issues that are necessary
  • Reservation Checks to be completed daily to ensure all reservations are complete and entered to the Ritz standard as outlined in the SOP

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
