Lead / Manager of Technology Sales, 100k OTE

They are adding more commercial staff to help with the fast growth.

They need a technical sales manager who is focused on results, has a lot of experience, and works well with others.

Priorities will be to find and sign up strategic clients and help the technical team with product demos and industrial trials.

This is a chance to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, making sales and coming up with new ways to do things.

You must be able to and willing to lead a newly formed sales team and have a track record of beating sales goals.

Close deals quickly to meet sales goals.

Prioritize offers to get the most out of your sales.

Make a winning deal strategy and put it into action.

Help the technical team with product demonstrations and field tests.

Make, tweak, and use new ways to find potential customers.

Contribute to the sales process by coming up with ideas, taking the lead, and carrying them out.

Give the marketing and product development teams information about what consumers want, what problems they have, and what options they have.

You need to have a background in electronics, hardware, or software, and ideally, you should also have a background in science, materials, or simulation.
**£75k base salary, which could go up if they did really well, plus £25k in bonuses and commissions. £100,000 OTE.
