Communications Associate - Visits and Events

Salary:
£35,000+ depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of events to support key business milestones
  • Working with internal stakeholders to manage and deliver visits to our facilities
  • Aiding the wider Communications team with business wide activities
  • Supporting the wider external communications activity including, but not limited to, visits, events, and exhibitions
  • Uphold the adherence of all policies and procedures relating to visits and events

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Strong organisational/project management skills
  • Good written, report writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a proactive busy role
  • UK Driving Licence
Desirable

  • Experience of interacting with Senior Stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of BAE Systems and knowledge of site/Barrow/Location
  • Background of events/customer facing role
