Key Responsibilities: Undertake single child and family assessments identified by our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub.
Lead on the most complex cases, utilizing your advanced expertise in social work practice.
Support less experienced staff through shared responsibility and guidance.
Conduct strength-based assessments and ensure robust pathways for Early Help.
Prepare and deliver welfare reports for conferences and court hearings.

Support Groups & Wellbeing SchemesRequirements: Qualified and registered social worker with significant senior level frontline experience in a safeguarding team.
Recent experience of case work in Assessments and in-depth knowledge of relevant childcare legislation.

Ability to drive and/or travel around the County (a DVLA check will be required upon appointment).
