The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive healthcare services, contributing to the well-being of patients and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.

Conducts thorough health assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories.
Diagnoses and treats acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions.
Develops and implements individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals.
Provides patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
Actively engages in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Minimum of 1 years of experience working as an ANP in a primary care or similar setting.
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive health assessments and diagnosing common health conditions.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
