Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough financial assessments to understand client needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Offer personalized financial advice and suggest suitable investment strategies, products, and services.
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about financial markets, products, and trends to provide well-informed advice.
- Use a mix of warm leads, cold leads, and Self-Generated Market Fund (SMF) leads to acquire clients effectively.
- Explain complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and simple way.
- Collaborate with the team to meet business goals and foster a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor in the UK financial sector.
- Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CISI, CII, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented.
- Existing client base or capability to develop and maintain one.
Remuneration:
- Basic salary of £50,000.
- 25% commission on warm leads.
- 35% commission on cold leads.
- 10% commission on Self-Generated Market Fund (SMF) leads.
- Bonuses for achievements of £100,000 and above.

- Access to an established client base.
- Opportunities for increased commission splits on Self-Generated Market Fund (SMF) leads by bringing in own clients.
