Role Description:


To manage the implementation of a new Time & Attendance, HR System and Payroll System for the hospital - circa three hundred employees.


Current System:


The current system is a complete manual process of spreadsheets data which is collated by the payroll administrator and the data is then sent to a payroll bureau for process once checks have been done for pay, pensions etc.


Complexities:
The payroll has between 15-20 payroll rates overlayed with weekend and bank rates for the clinical staff.
