About the Role

Based at our manufacturing site in Oakenholt, this full-time (Mon-Fri)

HR Generalist role will report into the HR Manager. We want you to bring your

acquired knowledge and enthusiasm to support us to deliver the people

strategy whilst continuing to develop your knowledge and experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and developing local workforce initiatives
  • Managing Payroll for the site
  • Administration related to HR/contracts of employment
  • Monitoring and evaluating HR analytics to prioritise project development
  • Working closely with colleagues on people projects and ensure successful implementation
  • Improving line management capability regarding people matters through effective coaching and guidance
  • Managing multiple D&G casework including ER situations
  • Leading and Driving Works Council Meetings and Employee Collaboration
  • Recruitment for site/onboarding
  • Develop talent pipelines by creating partnerships with local schools, & colleges
