The Role:

This position involves managing Credit Hire files to ensure optimal recovery respecting claim heads, and adhering diligently to relevant policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cases thoroughly, secure evidence, and present compelling arguments for hire recovery as a Motor Vehicle Damage Claims Litigation Paralegal
  • Maximize case profitability through hire, repairs, recovery, and storage
  • Ensure compliance with Court directions
  • Manage a case load of litigated claims from issue to hearing or settlement
  • Deliver excellent Client Care following SRA regulations
