This role of executive assistant to the director of communications is to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative duties by delivering an efficient, high quality, confidential and timely service

  • The role also includes supporting a number of senior level managers and their teams including; marketing & communications, foundation and community, charity, volunteers and CSR providing efficient, high quality office management support with human resources and procurement processes. Utilising a number of internal systems, knowledge of NHS systems would be advantageous however training and support will be available
  • Manage and support administration staff, apprentices, work experience or bank staff as required in a busy and thriving office environment
  • Based primarily in our Cobalt Business Park administration office however, due to the nature of the role the post holder may be required to work out of other trust sites across the organisational area
