This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP-savvy professional to join our organisation and take the Functional lead on some of our Strategic Programmes - primarily in our SAP Logistic and Sales solutions but encompassing other key areas of Procure to Pay and Services. You will provide effective leadership to drive change, innovation, and growth within the team, linked to the overall department and divisional goals.

You will provide accountability for our operational service, as well as help set strategy for new and enhanced solutions as part of our ongoing growth and organisational change. You will collaborate as needed to ensure our technology meet the needs of the business.

A key factor of the role is to work in closely with various stakeholders from across the organisation across EMEA and North America.

What youll do

As a Principal Consultant in our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in architecture, designing, developing, and maintaining global SAP solutions, ensuring that they are sustainable from an S/4 HANA perspective.

Core tasks of your job:

  • Plan and Design complex requirements and provide functional specifications considering customer, technical and staffing requirements as well as inter-system dependencies
  • Leads and supervise functional teams in implementation projects, and together with the SAP application lead, take joint responsibility of providing the technical solution within time budget and according to defined quality standards and to handle the diversity across the different business areas within the Organisation
  • Work closely with key stakeholders
  • Develop our transformation capability - Providing guidance and mentorship to other SAP specialists within the team, sharing best practice and fostering skill development.

What youll need

  • At least 10 years of detailed functional and technical experience within SAP ECC 6.0 Sales & Distribution and Warehouse Management (WM) with a strong awareness of the other core SAP processes such as Procure to Pay and service solutions. Experience of S/4 HANA, EWM and BTP technology would be an advantage
  • Experience of working together with Business Process experts and other key stakeholders to develop an optimum solution to support the process in SAP
  • Able to document system design requirements and specifications in a clear, unambiguous manner
  • Extensive Experience in working with Integrations between SAP and other applications such as ITSM and ServiceNow
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
