Daytime Healthcare are working with a Luxury Aesthetic Skin Clinic who are looking for an Receptionist to join their friendly team

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO WORK EVERY 2 WEEKENDS OF THE MONTH

Responsibilities:

  • Booking treatments and dermatology procedures
  • Facilitating a seamless customer and patient journey
  • Retailing product lines
  • Assisting dermal therapists together with the medical team operationally

Requirements:

  • Level 1/2/3/
  • Beauty Therapy or Medical Diplomas or Qualifications would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Pabau/CQC would also be beneficial but are not essential
  • Minimum good basic education at diploma level would be preferred
  • Experience working in this role for similar prominent establishments with exacting clientele, accustomed to VIP's and delivering an esteemed service
  • A personable individual with a positive demeanour
  • Meticulous attention to detail, methodical, able to work in a very busy environment, able to prioritise effectively and be a very good communicator
  • Excellent administrative skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PP)
