Lead Digital Marketing Executive

What
- Lead a team of DMEs to execute HL's strategy, developing and executing strategic initiatives to build capability across the digital marketing function.
- Plan resource effectively, allocating holiday, managing absence, and ensuring DMEs are working in the right crossfunctional teams to deliver on HL's strategy.
- Develop robust objectives and career development plans for reports and manage individual performance, completing monthly 121s and mid/fullyear reviews.
- Influence in sprint planning meetings, stand ups and sprint reviews
- Coach team to develop core skills and deliver desired business and client outcomes.
- Monitor dashboards to stay informed about onsite performance, reporting to wider squad/team where necessary.
- Act as digital delivery lead on high priority strategic projects where necessary.
- Intentionally build a team culture that is inclusive and empowering.
About you
- Demonstrable experience of motivating and leading a team within Digital Marketing.
- Capable of setting clearly defined and achievable objectives based on performance and behaviours for their team.
- Competent at resource planning; able to identify capacity and investment requirements for the team to achieve desired outcomes and plan resource accordingly.
- Confident delivering timely constructive feedback.
- Ability to influence a range of stakeholders, championing new ideas.
- Comfortable analysing and interpreting data and using it to support hypotheses and prioritisation.
- Ability to deliver under pressure in a complex environment and resilient in a changing environment
- Accomplished in forging effective relationships at all levels, skilled at influencing, negotiating and managing challenging conversations with ease
- Collaborative communicator
Interview process
This will be a 2-stage interview process. Interviews will include competency & behavioural based questions, in addition to a presentation.
Working Schedule
The role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
For this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office.
