Our aim is to maintain a unique marketplace for food where we can deliver amazing vibrant dishes in a relaxed environment whilst providing diners with a real point of difference.
Standing proud just off the A6 in Fairhill - Bedford, we have plenty of outdoor seating with shelters and heating so guests can soak up the ambience while enjoying yummy food & drink with live entertainment on selective days.
What we will offer you in return:
Your role as chef:
Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasionTaking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanlinessAdhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all timesAdhering accurately and consistently to portion controlsCarrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditionsEnsuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance
What we are looking for:
Minimum 6 months chef experienceAbility to work on your own initiativeDesire to learn, improve and train from those around youA proud individual that always strives to deliver their bestPassion for fresh food
