At Home Instead Portsmouth we are passionate about addressing social isolation through our companionship-led care and support.
We will help our clients to continue live well within their own home and encourage them to keep visiting the people and places they love.
With visits of one hour or longer, it means our Clients and Care Professionals have the time they need which in turn helps to deliver happy outcomes.
It has been hard for everyone but especially the older generation who have had limited contact with family and friends.
Job Description:
We pride ourselves on matching our Care Professionals with clients they will love.
Therefore that Care Pro will be with that client for as long as needed and be that trusted support as their needs change.
Whether you have an existing job or any regular commitments, we can provide you with a regular schedule that fits around you.
We understand that your first visits can be daunting, which is why we will always introduce you to your clients and will match you together based on any similar interests or hobbies to make your first visit as comfortable as possible.
Join our Care Professional team and make a difference in someone's life.Qualifications:
If you can commit to regular hours each week, are able to work some hours on alternative weekends, and have access to a reliable means of transport we'd love to have a chat and get you on board Give our friendly team a call on
Our Care Professionals work in the Portsmouth area covering all postcodes within PO1 to PO6 and so should have access to reliable transport and a good knowledge of the whole area.
This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
Part-time position with hours available throughout the day, Monday - Sunday.
