We're partnering with a leading sixth form college in London seeking a full-time, permanent geography teacher to join their esteemed department.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and curriculumaligned geography lessons for A-Level students.
  • Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, research skills, and a passion for global exploration.
  • Play a key role in shaping the A-Level geography curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the highest educational standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow humanities teachers to provide a cohesive and enriching learning experience for students.

You'll be a perfect fit if you:

  • Possess a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE) and demonstrable experience in teaching geography at A-Level.
  • Are passionate about geography and have a talent for making it relevant and engaging for young adults.
  • Have a strong understanding of the UK A-Level specifications for geography.
  • Enjoy incorporating a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
