Responsibilities:

  • Reproducing reported vulnerabilities, identifying the root cause, and assessing their severity;
  • Working with product teams to comprehensively remediate vulnerabilities;
  • Identifying new research opportunities based on vulnerability trends;
  • Investigating new security and privacy vulnerabilities in AI/ML systems;
  • Designing scalable mitigations for threats to AI/ML systems;

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Background in security vulnerability response/research;
  • Knowledge or experience with AI/ML (e.g., relevant courses and/or practical implementation experience);
  • Software development skills and experience;
  • Creative and collaborative approach to problemsolving;

Preferred:

  • Graduate level courses in AI/ML or equivalent experience;
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
