We are currently seeking a capable Personal Assistant to join our team. The role will support the Management Team. We are a relatively small team and see this role becoming an integral part of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the senior management team
  • Create schedules
  • Schedule and manage travel
  • Set up and maintain databases for the senior management team
  • Answer questions about company policies and procedures
  • Secure documents for senior management review
  • Screen, sort, distribute, retrieve, and deliver documents. Maintain executive records

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in a PA position
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident and professional in handling internal and external relationships at all levels
  • A multitasker, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be reliable and flexible, and able to work as part of a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year
