Job Title Head of Fundraising

Salary £50,000 per annum - 60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

Hours of work Full-time 35 hours per week

Reporting to CEO

Premier, Europe's largest Christian Media organisation, is seeking a Head of Fundraising to play a crucial role in enabling our mission to help people encounter God through media. By leading strategic fundraising initiatives, your work directly supports our ability to create and disseminate content that inspires faith and brings people closer to God. Your leadership ensures that every fundraising message and strategy not only secures the resources necessary for our mission but also resonates deeply with our community's values and commitment to spreading the Gospel.

If you have demonstrable success in developing and executing fundraising strategies across multiple channels and a strong understanding of the Christian community with personal understanding and experience of the Christian faith to provide deep insights into donor's values, needs, and preferences, we would love to hear from you

Role Overview

  • As the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for maintaining the health of Premier's donor file by reviewing key metrics and determining the strategic direction for fundraising efforts alongside the CEO.
  • Creatively contribute to the quarterly messaging strategy, considering the external environment, Premier's internal context, and the donor mindset.
  • You will translate messaging ideas and concepts into compelling copy and oversee the dissemination of messaging across all channels, including post, email, website, and audio ads.
  • Drive donor retention and acquisition strategies using data analytics to optimise campaigns and improve donor engagement.
  • Leading the fundraising team, you will optimize messaging, revenue, and donor relationships across all channels and manage the growth of Premier's regular giving programme.
