About the Concierge Officer - Relief role:

As our
Concierge Officer - Relief, you will meet, and greet all visitors to reception with a helpful attitude and good interpersonal skills.

A background in working at a residential development or other front of house roles is highly desirable.


The shift pattern for this role is
Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:00 or 13:30 to 21:30
Weekends - 08:00 to 16:00.

Training and uniform will be provided.

What we're looking for in our Concierge Officer - Relief:

  • Experience in providing a residential concierge service or other similar front of house role
  • Experience in providing excellent customer services
  • Basic IT skills, with knowledge of windows 10 as well as MS office software
  • The ability to prioritise own workload and adopt a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical fitness and mobility are a requirement as heavy lifting is sometimes involved
  • The ability to complete basic paperwork e.g. incident logs
  • The ability to work with little supervision sometimes in pressurised situations
  • The ability to deal with people with tact and diplomacy with confidence, especially in difficult or challenging situations
  • Must be prepared to work outside normal working hours on an occasional basis
