As a Relief Pharmacy Services Assistant, you'll work across multiple teams in various branches around the Boston area and its surroundings.
This significant role provides operational support to ensure top-notch patient and customer service. You'll be involved in the safe and efficient operation of the dispensary by accurately dispensing medications.
- Providing exceptional customer service, offering health advice and services to our patients through meaningful conversations to ensure every customer leaves feeling well-informed and confident about their health needs
- Executing dispensary tasks effectively to ensure the safe provision of medicines, such as ordering, labelling, dispensing, and assisting with prescription collection
- We are seeking individuals with a genuine dedication to customer service who will represent healthcare excellence in our pharmacies. While experience in a retail setting and familiarity with stock control systems is beneficial, full training will be provided
- Due to travel requirements in this role, possession of a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business purposes are necessary
We are looking for candidates with an NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification or higher.
