Your Purpose:

  • As a Sales & Service Advisor, you'll capture orders via our customers in an efficient and accurate manner and deliver sales against our specific promotional and objectives.
  • We'll coach you to ensure we Follow KPI's via call listening and call quality to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experience on every call to our customers.

    About You

Required:

  • Customer service experience either from a call centre or other customer facing roles (e.g. high street store)
  • Ability to spot clear sales opportunities
