The role:
Admin Genie
Part time position, up to 5hours p/week on a Thursday or Friday 9:30-2:30pm
Duties:
- Organising client and office paperwork
- Organising electronic files
- Keeping track of deadlines & tasks (Company & personal)
- Assisting with onboarding clients
- Scheduling meetings
- Ordering stationery & supplies
- Office general upkeep
- Company Secretarial services
- Agent authorisation services
- Light data entry

Qualifications:
None required, but any Administrative/Bookkeeping favourable.
Experience:
- Some office / work experience
- Face to face communication with clients / suppliers.
- Highly organised

- Have excellent attention to detail
- Able to ask for help
- Innovative for new systems & processes
Job Type:

£10.60-£11.00 per hour
