We are looking to expand our small and friendly team here at A-Counting Genie

The role:

Admin Genie
Part time position, up to 5hours p/week on a Thursday or Friday 9:30-2:30pm

Duties:

  • Organising client and office paperwork
  • Organising electronic files
  • Keeping track of deadlines & tasks (Company & personal)
  • Assisting with onboarding clients
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Ordering stationery & supplies
  • Office general upkeep
  • Company Secretarial services
  • Agent authorisation services
  • Light data entry

Qualifications:
None required, but any Administrative/Bookkeeping favourable.

Experience:

  • Some office / work experience
  • Face to face communication with clients / suppliers.

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Able to ask for help
  • Innovative for new systems & processes

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
£10.60-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
