Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Our client, a top plastic injection moulding company in Ashford, is seeking a Tool Hanger to join their team. They welcome candidates with varied experience levels, including those entering the industry.

Shift Hours: Rotating pattern of 6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tool changes and setting
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment following company's H&S regulations
  • Work collaboratively to meet deadlines
  • Help in tool and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and quality requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in injection moulding and machines
  • Essential experience in tool changes and trials
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Proficient in tool setting/working
  • Knowledge of safety practices
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
