Join us as an Instructional Designer at our Farnborough site where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and many of the industry's most brilliant minds.
The RoleAs an Instructional Designer, you will have a role that is out of the ordinary.
We are looking for a seasoned designer to hit the ground running to design and curate an internal learning programme supporting our Test and Evaluation business.
Day-to-day, you will:
Quality testing of digital learning products for accuracy and errors.
This role is a full-time position based at our Farnborough site with Hybrid working requiring one/two days per week on site.
Extensive instructional design experience.
Content developer experience using Storyline.
Experience in storyboarding and the end-to-end process of learning design and content delivery.
Previous experience of stakeholder management skills.
The ability to have a creative mind-set combined with exceptional writing skills.
Qualifications of the Instructional Designer (E-Learning):
